AITA for not expecting my wife not speaking English to be a problem?

YTA. My ex-husband did this to me a couple times. He left me alone with his parents, who spoke no English, before I had learned enough of their language to even attempt to communicate. It's horribly awkward to be put in this position.
Notice how I said "ex-husband"? This was the first of many red flag behaviors, indicating I was not, and would not ever be a priority to him.
Do better.
