WIBTA: teaching my fiance how to properly clean

Post Body

I have been happily engaged for about seven months now. My fiance and I moved in together just under two months ago. I love living with them and we have never had any issues. All (infrequent) arguments end with healthy communication and cuddling. Our workload arrangement is as follows; I work 40-72hrs/wk depending on factory demands, they work part time at a restaurant and are currently working toward their bachelors online. They handle most of the household duties while I am at work, and I handle anything that doesn't get done when I get home. This works out very well for both of us apart from one detail; they either don't know how to clean, or they know how, but don't want to spend the time/energy to actually get things clean. Dishes are still greasy/dirty after being placed in the strainer, the vacuum only gets run for 2 minutes, I always mop the floors after they sweep the hard floored areas with a broom, but there are always lots of bits still hanging out on the floor by the time they are finished sweeping. Little things like that. I am happy to pick up the slack, but I would like to at least bring my concerns to their attention. WIBTA for asking them to let me handle the cleaning until I can teach them to get things clean (or until they watch some tutorials/read some articles on the topic if they would be more comfortable with that)? Bonus question; any advice on how to address this without making them feel badly about it?
