AIBTS about my other half calling me names and taking time to apologize?
Post Body

We're together for 4 years and long distance, but would see each other weekly. We were supposed meet up and go to friend's birthday on the next day, but when I arrived my partner was not very accomodating, we ended up arguing at the train station - not even sure why. I went to a restaurant alone and kept getting text messages saying I'm the worst person ever, childish, embarrassment, piece of shit and that I should fuck off. That was intertwined with occasional "I don't want you to go". Also was told that I'm late as always: I did miss my original train, but got there only 5 mins late and it's not that we were short on time.

We've met later in the hotel, my partner initially behaved like nothing happened and couldn't comprehend why I was upset. In the morning the argument came back, it was sort of the text messages from earlier but in real life, so I eventually left.

Got apology a few days later, but it didn't feel overly genuine, especially given similar things happened many times before, although on smaller scale.
