I originally started ADF to lose ~30 pounds or so. But it has given me so much more than that! I now am not attracted to the junk foods that I was before. Sometimes I get a craving on my fast day, but during my up/feast days i donโt want the junk food as much! Amazing. Also, I feel great. I just wish I was losing more weight.
After 3 weeks I have lost about 2 pounds. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I donโt want to consider keto on my feast days because I am not interested in that. I eat about 2,500 calories and 250-300 grams of carbs. I exercise everyday long walks and a little weight lifting.
Honestly, I am not in a huge hurry to lose the weight as I feel like I can do this diet for the rest of the year at least. But I thought I would ask what you guys thought or if you have any tips. ๐
