Restricted posting- message modmail to be approved

Rather than removing new users from posting and commenting via automod, this sub is being restricted to approved posters only. Anyone is still free to comment.
This will also help me reinforce the sub rules and should prevent people from impersonating others by using stolen content.
You can speed up this process by sending a verification image or link, repeating the basic rules, and that you will follow them. Doing so will avoid the back and forth with me saying all that.
