[HELP] I re-installed AltStore, but the "no provisioning profile" problem is still happening?

I re-installed AltStore with AltServer with "Install AltStore," and I even deleted the app for AltStore. Even after all the attempts, I can neither refresh or update without getting the "no provisioning profile" message.
Any ideas?
