What do you guys think of an auto ult artifact

I was thinking it could work like the broken teleporter and auto cast ultimates up to a certain level, maybe 820 like bt. It would certainly make putting points into the ults more appealing while time warping the lower levels. For the most part I don't level the ults until I get most of the idle/passive skills and abilities leveled. Some heros, for example Vexx, would benefit greatly from autocast ults syncing up with other abilities, Vexx's reduce upgrade cost on kill.
