I fly out to Vegas tomorrow from the east coast to have my imaging, extractions, procedure, and temporaries put in over 4 days. My massive dental anxiety paired with the fear of dry socket and implant failure (I guess you could just call it compounded dental anxiety) is getting the best of me. Not to mention the discoloration/brushing I've seen on some people.... It almost adds insult to injury.

I'm going to Bionic Smile. I've read only the best about them, but I'd love to hear some success stories... Anyone got anything good?
