Post Body

Every time I'm exposed to dust, I'm okay the day of, but several hours later, it becomes hard to breathe, and the next day it's always worse. It's varying degrees depending on how much I inhaled. I cleaned for 4 hours yesterday and wore two masks so I'm not super dead today but I'm still having a lot of trouble breathing. This has been happening for years, is there anything I can do after the fact to relieve it?
