Reacting to everything

Recently my skin has been reacting to everything! A good example of this is phone cases. I’m allergic to nickel and aluminum sensitivity so I typically buy plastic cases to cover my iPhone. Over the last few weeks I have been reacting to every phone cases. Plastic, silicone, plant based, fabric, leather, etc. make me react. I’ve tried probably ten different kinds and I become super itchy right away.
I need some advice! What could be causing this?
