Allergic to exercise.

Hey I think Iām allergic to having any kind of big physical exercise š³. When I go ruining or having cardio etc, I have red spots all over my body and itching ver hard. Has anyone expierenxed this kind of allergic. I thought I was allergic to my sweat but even after I swim a bit hard I get these red painful spots :(
