Anyone ever had a reaction to prednisolone , the steroid?

I had pituitary tumour surgery nearly three weeks ago. They put me on steroids after. On the fifth day after, I developed a bad itch and it has gone all over my body.
Yesterday they switched me to hypercortisol , another steroid, and it has helped somewhat. But the itching still occurs.
Has anyone dealt with this before? Should it still be happening even though I havent had any prednisolone in over a day?
I really have never had any reactions before so its making life miserable
