So I ordered some keyboard switches. They delivered quite quickly but then when I enquired with Royal Mail they said that the label/scanner wasn't working and they couldn't make out the delivery address so it was returned to the sender. I talked with the sender and they said that I should file a dispute. (I know some people have had a lot of success with EVA so I tried that but it mentioned " Donβt worry, If your package does not arrive before 10-09-2022, you can open a dispute to get a refund, and all you need to do is wait for shipping information update. "
Any advice as to what to do next? When tracking the return it says it's been delivered to Hayes DO and is ready to be delivered but that is nowhere near me and it should be getting returned to China? Not sure what to do next?
