Keep in mind that this is my first AE experience.
So placed an order of about 15 or 16 items on Jan 13th. Later on, it became a combined package. During the delivery, I saw the tracking says handover airline failed and the package hasn't move since Feb 10th.
I was getting worried as the time for buyer protection is getting closer and closer to expire until I got a notification that one of the items in the combined package is on the move again recently.
I thought the entire combined package is on the move again, but, when I went to the AE website, it only listed few of the 15 items are in transit again while the rest of the items still haven't been updated since Feb 10th. I waited for a few days and the rest of the items have not been updated.
So what kind of situation is this? Some of my orders in the combined package are on the move while the rest are still nowhere to be seen?
I honesty dont know what to do. I have 19 days of buyer protection left for my 15 orders.
I remember reading that if I open too many disputes, my account will get banned. So how do I avoid this issue if my packages havent arrived and buyer protection runs out?
