Package sent to wrong country - now can't open a dispute

This is a follow-up to my last post here: Package sent to wrong country.
The fake tracking number that I've been given now shows that "my" package has been delivered to my local post office and is ready to be picked up, so now AE expects that I mark my order as received, which I'm obviously not going to do, however I'm also unable to open a dispute since I get this message every time I try to open one.
What am I supposed to do? AliExpress sent me a message telling me that they'll mark the order as complete if the timer runs out before I do it myself, so now I'm kinda worried that I'll somehow never see my money again.
Any help would be appreciated.
