Purchase Protection Over?

Quick question. I completely lost track of my purchase protection for a shirt I bought. The shirt never arrived and the purchase protection ended before I could open a dispute. Complete screw up on my part.
Am I basically out of luck for a refund at that point? T hanks alot for the help.
