So how are things shipped from Ali?

Sometimes I order things and they come in a few weeks, sometimes a month and a half.
What is the process of shipping? For example, I heard that they just fill up a massive container with parcels to certain countries, and when they are full, they ship them.
This would explain how sometimes a parcel comes faster. Maybe you get just good luck and they happen to throw your parcel in just before it dispatches.
