1) I am located in Switzerland

2) I bought an item, source address was put deliberately wrong: France and I was provided with a fake tracking code looks like it's from DHL, but it actually a code from another company from china. The item was shipped from China.

3) The product came broken, Aliexpress ruled the product should be returned because I am in a close region to the source address.

4) I had to accept that suggestion of Aliexpress without knowing the address that will be provided by the seller.

5) I got a fake address which supposed to be in Palestine, which is the war region and everybody knows the items are held in the customs.

6) I reached out to Aliexpress for 6 times. First couple of times I was told to talk to the seller or that the issue will be solved. Seller said the address is correct.

7) I am still waiting for the 6th case to be resolved
