Ordered a vacuum cleaner on AliExpress but it just failed after two days, no able to charge the battery. Contacted AliExpress but they required me to pay the shipping and that’s the final decision from the dispute team. Want to do a chargeback, what evidence is required by the bank or MasterCard?
