I ordered a Lego set the 21st of May and since the 22nd it's stuck at the step "Accepted for transportation by postal service". It hasn't moved and I start to think that it won't arrive. It's important to precise that it comes with Choice delivery and that the estimated date is from the 31st of May til 8th of June.
When I ask to the customer service about it, they proposed me a refund but now they're asking me a document from the postal company to say that they don't have it. The issue is that the postal company from where I live (Correos de Mexico) is really difficult to reach and it seems impossible that they would ever do a document just for this.
Anyone else had a similar issue before?
