restoring your alpha to its original specs

I got my R1 with windows 10. It has the previous user on it, how can I reset it to a clean slate of windows 10 and my alpha programs?

ok went to another place, ended up with dell and they are sending a thumb drive which will wipe it out back to it original config with windows 10
