I have an M15 R2 that is averaging 48 FPS in Lost Ark on the highest settings. It's being outperformed by a 1070 and a i5 6600k @ 4.3GHz. I've tried undervolting it to reduce thermal throttling and it definitely helped the odd stutters but I'm cutting it pretty close to throttling with the current settings I have in ThrottleStop and I'm not sure if I can push it any further. Any help is deeply appreciated, I'm willing to screenshot the ThrottleStop settings and highlight them for anyone that would like to see that.

It's really sad because I know for a fact that the M15 R2 is better (and vastly more expensive) than my old desktop with the 1070 and i5 6600k. I just have no idea what is causing the poor performance in games.
