I have a question for M15 R4 owners. I'm wondering if there's something wrong with the touchpad, or if it's business as usual for Alienware computers.
The issue is with physically clicking on the touchpad. On the M15 I just got it doesn't physically click at the top of the trackpad (closest to the keyboard), but it will physically depress and click at the bottom. I've noticed that when it clicks at the bottom it takes a lot more pressure than on any other laptop I've owned, and it makes a really loud clicking noise going down and again going back up.
I'm curious if this is normal for Alienware, or if this is signs of a bad trackpad. On other laptops the physical click is something that worked across the entire pad, and it didn't take much pressure to depress the touchpad.
Thanks for your help!
