M17 R4 random popping sound

Wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue before. Have an M17 R4 that will randomly emit a single pop. We’re talking one pop only like Sean Connery is in there trying to shignal the U.Sh. Navy.

I can’t tell if it’s the speakers or maybe a component somewhere. It could be a speaker pop, and it could be something electric in there making the sound. It’s difficult to tell where it comes from.

I’ve tried reinstalling audio drivers and no luck getting rid of it. It doesn’t seem to correlate to anything. Any search I do inevitably leads to people with cracklings and popping speakers, which is not what this is.

If someone has experienced this before or has any idea any insight would be greatly appreciated.
