Missing storage space?

My new, custom Alienware was supposed to come with the below memory specs:
512GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD (Boot) 2TB 7200RPM SATA 6Gb/s (Storage)
However, my OS is only showing about 476 GB available. Where the hell are the other two terabytes? It appears that I have both a c drive and a d drive. Am I supposed to be allocating stuff like that?
