UHD Panel for 51M?

I am looking at a 51M R2, and I am curious... How noticeable is the response time going to be from the 5ms panel to the 25ms (UHD) panel? I'd expect they wouldn't use something that isn't going to be at least 'acceptable', but I am unsure. I don't do much gaming - when I do it is mostly single-player stuff (RPG and shooters), but not typically competitive online/multiplayer stuff. I really want to get the UHD panel - I had one in an older Alienware - but I think I just need others to confirm it isn't a mistake. The 2080S should be able to more than keep that running, so I am not worried about framerates there.
