Horrible Dell Tech Support
Post Body

Has anyone else had a really horrible time with Dell Tech Support in trying to resolve an issue? I purchased my Alienware Area 51m on August 3rd. Took a month to ship it out. Ever since then, i've had the same random freezing issue. I've been in chat/on the phone with tech support since September 7th for this issue. The gpu, cpu, ram, hard drives, and motherboard all have been tested. Sent an onsite tech to replace the motherboard and one of the hard drives. Motherboard was DOA so i had to send it in to a repair facility. Got it back, SAME ISSUE OCCURS. Get in touch with tech support AGAIN, "oh take your hybrid drive out and see if the issue still occurs". UMM HOW BOUT NO! So next step they suggest is to replace the motherboard and ssd (AGAIN) as well as also replace the ram sticks and the secondary drive. My opinion is, if you are going to replace all of that, why not just replace the entire computer with a new one since i've dealt with this same issue since the beginning. Is this normal for tech support?
