Thanks everyone.. It worked ! Also this was my first time ever pasting any pc in my life. First attempt was a failure because I used the wrong size thermal pads. Second I put the right size back in and repasted and I'm in the 50's. It was idling in the 70-80 range when I just bought it .. smh

I repasted my brand new m17 r5 AMD rtx 3070ti and it was constantly running hot in the 70's - 80's just idle and while gaming it would stay between 80-100. Now look, I'm in the 50's ! I used thermal grizzly because I see a lot of recommendations for it so I definitely can recommend it. Thanks for the help from everyone on here or else I would have never figured it out on my own
