New User, First Login - Error: User Started A New Transaction?

Hello, I discovered Alien Worlds tonight, and quickly made an account using my WAX address. Made my character/name/agreed to terms and conditions, gave email for newsletter, filled out captcha... and when that mini popup disappears, the main page says what I put in the title of this post.
Can someone please help me out? I'm excited to dive into this game!
