Ice meat

So I'm trying to cap out my warm regen and for that I need ice meat in the billions. Sadly the mobs I have in the level 13/14 spaces don't give ice meat do I'm not getting much benefit from the in that realm. Does anyone have a preferred spot for ice meat? I don't need blue gems, I really only care about the meat. So far I'm thinking just camping the guys on the way to the x3 snowmobile bosses but not sure if the guys by the alien group up north are faster spawning
