[Suggestion] Make it an option to let users force some panels to stay open

Post Body

When a post on reddit is linking to YouTube, I often like to let the video play and then go back to browsing while listening. For all of us out here whose attention span is as short as mine, it would be great if we could have an option to have certain panels not close when you open up another post. It would also be useful in case you need to check one post before you post to another.

Bonus: when you need to make a new submission, the "done" button is the same place when you're writing title/link/text as the "close the entire thing and delete it forever" button on the next screen. This has often confused me and forced me to start over entirely which can be a mild annoyance.
