Emotion wheel is useless

Rant: I hate that stupid wheel. How is that suppose to help me identify what I'm feeling. Its just a bunch of words I can't identify with. How the hell am I suppose to know if I'm angry, sad or afraid or whatever.
Well NOW I know what emotion it is, its ANGER. Anger at this stupid wheel. Anger -> Aggressive -> Hostile to this stupid wheel. OKAY now what? What good does that do me. I'm hostile to this wheel, now what? Knowing that accomplished absolutely nothing. Useless emotion wheel.
