Any advice for this specific store?
I’ve got 7 years under my belt of general management in other stores & fast food restaurants, however I’ve been wondering what other employee complaints about the specific location you’re in are so I can avoid those situations in my store once it opens. My store is opening in 7 months so I will be bouncing around my local areas until then however I just wanted to see if anyone else is a GM/DM etc and or other employee and what some advice is for moving forward with the company.
I will be in charge of hiring all the employees for the new store opening, obviously I have alot of work slated for me over the next couple of months so I’m open to some advice.
