Thought I'd make a make a post for all you horny people out there about how to better spot scammers.

Those of you who might be unaware you're able to search reddit with key phrases like their posted snapchat name, telegram, phone number or any other contact info they use, also if they don't change their sentence structure you can just copy and paste the whole thing and you'll probably find the same message posted under different accounts. When you do the search just make sure you're not searching a specific subreddit, easiest way is to just go to reddit home page. Also don't forget to check their post history.

Be a bit more cautious of very new accounts. I'm fully aware people will make new accounts for any number of reasons and not be scammers but scammers in particular don't stay with the same account for too long and like using new ones when they've gotten what they want or have been found out.

If you feel like they are rushing you for information, pictures or whatever maybe think twice and slow things down, try asking some questions about places or things only a local would know or if you're just having online fun with a non local still try and slow it down as they generally don't want to waste too much of their time on one person.

If you do end up trading pictures ask for something unique and specific for them to do within the picture eg, "Hey can you put a smiley face on your left cheek" or "Could you write the number 4 on the back of your hand and than give me the devil horns sign in your selfie" be creative as it will be harder to find images of a person doing these things. If they send you a picture try doing a reverse image search on it using google, tineye or any other way you know of to see if it's a commonly found image.

Honestly just trust your gut and if you think it's too good to be true it might just be.
