Friends in town, wind advisory in place

Hello, I noticed that at 9 am this morning a wind advisory will be in place, for gusts up to 25 mph. That being said I have some friends in town for balloon fiesta and we’re supposed to go this morning. Google says winds up to 9 mph during the morning. Is it even worth going to balloon fiesta this morning? Will the balloons even go up at 9mph winds? I have no idea. Of course all week was beautiful except now. 🙄
