Looking for a Bike Swap

Howdy Albany friends. About 6 months ago, I bought a road bike second hand. It was fixed up and had parts replaced and is a wonderful bike. Was going to use it for indoor cycling… but I never got the chance to set it up. Plus, the standing height of the bike is a bit too tall for me…
So, I am curious. Are there any places that do bike swaps? I’m looking for something a bit more mountain bike type.
