I’m moving to Troy in a couple months and I’m interested in moving into the Vicina. It’s cheaper compared to places where I currently live, and so the cost doesn’t phase me too much. What I like about it: apartments within the building have modern kitchens with islands - I want to cook a lot; fitness center; walkable; all-in utilities; in-unit W/D; central AC; and, it’s not managed by Redburn.
Has anyone lived there? What are your thoughts? I’ll need to tour before officially making a decision but reviews online seem good.
Also, tangential question: if not Vicina, is there a similar building in Albany? I’m not totally committed to Troy just yet.
Thank you!!
