I commute between GEG and SAN. I am just shy of MVP Gold for 2021 (I will hit it though) My past 2/3 trips have had multiple mechanically cancelled flights.
I am wondering what my options are for complaining. The past two issues have resulted in delays between 5-14 hours getting home.
Will Alaska do anything to make this right?
Thus far in 2021:
QX400 mechanically delayed 5 hours BOI - GEG
ERJ mechanically cancelled in SJC - GEG
QX400 mechanically cancelled in SEA - GEG
A320 mechanically cancelled in SAN - GEG
