I guess I don't really understand how this works for someone who doesn't PVP/PVE much (if at all, if I can avoid it). I see some stuff in Cubeo saying "distribute these to the desired system" or something to that effect. The problem is, I can't quite figure out where that "desired system" is.

I have a very acute case of refrigerator blindness, mind you, so I fully admit I could have easily missed the giant "HERE IS THE SYSTEM WE'RE WORKING ON NOW, STUPID" button/alert. At the same time, the sites that explain power play all seem to be from the point of view of "you should already know everything we're talking about here".

So, as the title says, I'm a merchant. Explain it like I'm 5, please.
