Moving to kings heights

Wondering what it's like to live in Kings Heights. Live far NE in calgary so the location is not an issue.
Only concern is having my kids go to a new school starting grade 6. Lots of kids in the area? Just hope they are able to make new friends.
What would be the best school to go to. I was thinking meadowbrook middleschool or Good Shepard school.
