Food Allergies Waiver

I have a food allergy to peanuts and dairy, and I’ve been trying to see if I could join with a waiver. I read past posts and seen the process takes longer with waivers. I was just wondering if I could take the oral food challenge first at a civilian allergist and have my results or whatever with me at meps? Or does it not work that way?
