This had been requested multiple times, but I wanted to wait until the deadline for everyone to accomplish the RTP down-day (September 15). AETC units have until October 8 I think, but most others should have accomplished it by now.
Post what you want, but some possible information you might want to share:
What did your base or unit do for the RTP?
What do you think was effective?
What wasn't effective?
How would you have done things differently?
Did others in your unit seem to react differently to it than you did?
Have you seen any noticeable change in your unit, or was it a one-time checkbox event?
Was leadership (meaning squadron commanders, shirts, chiefs, etc) setting the example by opening up and leading the discussion, or were they absent or dismissive?
