AF COOL/SANS/GIAC Certificates that are not listed on AFVEC

Hello there!

Trying to get a GIAC Certificate through SANS

GIAC Machine Learning Engineer (GMLE)

SEC595: Applied Data Science and AI/Machine Learning for Cybersecurity Professionals

However, the certificate is not listed on the AFVEC, so SANS offer 600 certificates, and only 44 of them are listed on the AFVEC, does anyone know or have experience with getting a certificate that is not listed on the AFVEC?

I read the whole AF COOL handbook and no relevant information was found. I already messaged AF COOL people, waiting for reply.
