Strongest tape to keep portables AC cover in place?

I have a Midea portable AC which is the only type of AC that fits the window in my apartment but it keeps coming out of the window. I’ve taped the sides with gorilla duct tape and it doesn’t hold it in place. Any suggestions? Thank you!
