Help! Blue coating on fins came off

I was an idiot for not knowing the importance of those blur coating on ac fins. I was DIY cleaning my unit with liquid sosa and water solution when the blue coating came off. Also, I drilled a hole to drain thr pan becoz of dripping water in our room. Some say ur not supposed to do that becoz the pool is needed by the slinger ring.
