Linking lodgify and syncing calendars

Anyone had trouble getting Lodgify to link up airbnb and sync cakanders for whole place and seperate rooms? Obviously when someone books the whole place it needs to make all the rooms as booked, and when someone books one of the rooms it needs to mark the whole place as booked but leave the remaining rooms bookable - hope that makes sense!
