Requirement to attend timeshare seminar

Can Airbnb hosts require guests to attend a timeshare seminar / charge a fee if they refuse to attend? (Host has numerous listings in Florida, so I assume it's fine?)
Per house rules: "In order to get this great deal, you are required to participate in a 120 minutes courtesy breakfast or lunch buffet and a quick preview tour of our luxurious resort. Only for 28 years of age or older."
