Hello!
Thank you for your time, I rented a property for next month that was recently damaged by previous guests - the host has reached out and informed us that the repairs won't be finished in time for our stay but that he has a different home that's very similar but it's brand new so it hasn't been listed on AirBNB yet that he offered us to stay at. All of the messages exchanged have been on AirBNB, in this situation if we end up with no accommodation since our original reservation is still intact, what coverage do we have financially with AirBNB? I'm a little concerned about this situation because the host doesn't want to provide us with the address until it's closer to our check-in date which I can understand because his house was just damaged but it's still alarming. Has anyone done this or had experience with a situation like this?
