Can anyone recommend a stand alone liability policy for a host? I rent out 2 rooms in my house where I also live. I'm not concerned with my personal property, just liability if someone were to get hurt. I own my home outright and I think it's only a matter of time where people will start to use AIRBNB for the specific purpose of trying to make some $$ claiming they slipped and fell. I'm surprised it isn't happening yet tbh. I don't consider AIRBNB's master policy to be anything I could really count on if the shit ever hit the fan. Thanks.
