I'm a solo AirBNB host who'd like a better calendar management and pricing tool than the default AirBNB calendar. For example, I'd like to be able to:

• more easily set prices and minimum stays for certain weekends without needing 200 clicks to do it

• set scaled prices on different weekdays (e.g. "Monday is 40% of a weekend night")

• set rule-based pricing ("Labor Day weekend is 150% of the base price")

and so on. I've looked at Beyond Pricing and a few others, but sometimes they also need you to live in a busy area (e.g. NYC or SF), and I don't, alas.

Are there things out there like that which are designed with smaller hosts in mind, rather than big property-management chains that have dozens or hundreds of units listed?
